Our Chef, Justin Kett 
Justin has been busy turning out great meals for several years now, not just in this country, but also overseas. Since his return to this country, he worked at the Michelin starred Castle Hotel at Taunton, under the auspices of Head Chef, Richard Guest.

Justin has returned to his Suffolk roots and is delighted at the abundance of high quality seasonal produce which is sourced from the land and sea close to Aldeburgh. Only the highest quality will do and he has close connections with a number of carefully selected suppliers.

Using his wealthy experience and the the delicious produce so readily available to him, Justin delivers good honest cooking which we think is simply delicious. If you haven’t experienced The Bru before, why not pay us a visit... you won’t be disappointed!
